## Overview

AppLanes is a macOS network extension that provides true split tunneling, allowing users to choose which apps use their VPN, connect directly, or are blocked. It works alongside any existing VPN, giving users precision control over their network traffic. The app offers features such as leak protection, live activity monitoring, and menu bar control, all while maintaining a private-by-design approach with no accounts, telemetry, or analytics.
